After the first treatment
Roof Re-Treatment & Maintenance Plans in Brandon
One treatment adds years, and a plan keeps them coming. We return on a multi-year cycle to check the roof, and the shingles decide when re-treatment is due, not the calendar.
How it works
How a plan works
We keep the record
What the roof looked like and what was done goes on file, so each later visit has something to compare against.
We make the call
You do not have to remember. When a check is coming due, we phone you to set a dry day that suits.
Check, then decide
Flex and granules get looked at again. If the shingles are holding up, you hear that and nothing is sprayed. If they need it, the re-treatment is priced before it goes on.
Why the timing is not fixed
Two roofs treated on the same Brandon street will not age at the same pace. Shade, pitch, attic heat and how hard the afternoon sun hits each slope all change how fast the oils leave the asphalt. Re-treating on a set interval would mean spraying some roofs too early and others too late, so the decision is made at each check, from what the shingles are actually doing. If a check finds a lifted boot or a loose shingle, it goes on a tune-up list and is priced before anything is done.
A slope under trees ages differently from one in full sun, and the plan tracks each.
Flexibility, granule loss and any new damage since the last visit.
Every re-treatment is quoted first, and you choose whether to go ahead.
Plan questions
How often will you come back?
On a multi-year cycle, with the exact timing set by what we see at each check. We will not tie you to a fixed interval your roof may not need.
Can a plan start on a roof treated by someone else?
Start with an assessment. We need to see the shingles ourselves before putting them on a schedule.
What if the roof has algae again by the next check?
Heavy growth gets in the way of a re-treatment, so a soft wash may be priced first. You hear about it at the check, not on the day.
Keep the roof on a schedule that fits it
Call and we will go over where your roof sits in its cycle, when the next check makes sense, and who will be ringing you when it comes up.
